HEC's 2009 Science & Academic Fair
Whether you are discovering the mysteries of our Solar System, investigating the natural beauty of wild animals and their habitats, navigating the great unknown of the underworld, viewing a presentation of an original play, or visiting the individual projects in the high school, you are sure to have a unique experience at HEC's 2009 Academic & Science Fair.

HEC Drama Club Students Perform Pirates.
Pirates, an energetic and fun-filled production was presented by the students of all ages that are part of the Drama Club and directed by Tuti Rodriguez, teacher for Classroom 5.
Money Monsters
Money Monsters, a presentation organized by Las Candelas, was performed by Enrichment Works to the students at Hillsides Education Center. This dynamic, musical and educational performance taught the students the different ways to spend, save and give money.
Dia de Los Muertos
Hillsides Education Center celebrated Dia de los Muertos, Day of the Dead, a Mexican celebration to remember and prepare special foods in honor of those who have departed, and they performed the Danza de los Viejitos, Dance of the Old Men, which in pre-Hispanic times was performed as a ritual honoring the Sun.
